Secondary User's Email Account Disappeared
Hi I was able to get back into my email after the security breach a few days ago. The Live Chat fixed my primary acct and assured me once I was in my account that our secondary email acct would be there and we could change password from the primary. Secondary is still showing up but says the account is no longer active. We are in desperate need to have this account up and running. Please advise, Thank you.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
