Secondary Email Account is Missing

My secondary email account is missing. I was able to login 2 days ago but now i’m getting the error message “the mail server imap.comcast.net not found. When i logged into the primary email account i don’t see the secondary email account. Where is it ? Can’t change password cause the primary account needs to do this.

To access a secondary Xfinity email account, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to xfinity.com using your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Click the **Account** icon.
  3. Select **Check Email** to open your Xfinity Email inbox.


Note that secondary accounts will have separate sign-in credentials and do not have an associated Xfinity Email account if created after June 2024. You can manage up to six secondary Xfinity IDs on your account.

 

Troubleshooting: If the system keeps reverting to the primary account, ensure you sign out completely before signing in with the secondary credentials.
