SECOND HACKED XFI
can someone please tell me the email address of someone in the security dept. at xfinity/comcast who can help me with my continual problem of my routers being hacked? i'm at my wit's end, and my xfi is sitting unplugged on my table because factory resets no longer work.

@courtney.cakes Hello! We are very sorry to hear about what is going on. If you believe your equipment has been compromised, we would recommend speaking to our Customer Security Assurance Team at (888)565-4329. It is pretty uncommon for any equipment to be hacked so if you would like to discuss the modem that you unplugged we can certainly do that. We will need you to send us a Private Message with your full name and address to locate your account. Here are some steps you can use on how to send us a PM in case you need them:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
