Seasonal

I am unable to sign in to manage my seasonal service   
I simply want to activate internet services and I am stuck in the infinite sign in loop

Can you tell me what login issues you're running into?

 Is there an error message or error code when you log in? 

Are you being prompted to change your password?

i sign in and immediately get looped back to sign in again. No errors. I have changed password, cleared cookies, etc to try rectifying the problem to no avail

@user_m6y5iw  Thanks for letting me know. I'm sorry you're getting looped into reentering your password. Can you try using a different method to log in such as a different device? If you're using the app try using the website using incognito/private mode at https://www.xfinity.com/overview.

I have tried all of those suggestions. Nothing works. It is incredibly frustrating.
