You have a couple of easy options to get this taken care of:

  • Visit an XFINITY Retail Store to swap out your gateway. You can find the nearest location and view store hours here:  https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers.
  • Have a new gateway shipped directly to your home. If you choose this option, we’ll also provide instructions on how to return the damaged equipment.
