Your [Edited: "Language"] forum website obliterates my post when I try to choose the 'rewards' box as the problem category. It so figures. Go look in the forum tech back end for my obliterated posts.

My problem I tried to post three times is that your rewards website doesnt generate the confirmation email. Broken AGAIN like last year. So I'll make sure I pay only the $1 and I took screenshots of the reward page for proof. FIX EVERYTHING BROKEN ON YOUR WEBPAGES PLEASE. The rewards page, the Xfinity Assistant 'bot' who never connects you to an agent and this forum that obliterates a post when you try to choose a 'tag.'

What reward are you trying to redeem?
