REWARDS

All the Rewards page shows is previous rewards but nothing new. How are you supposed to access the rewards - tried signed in on computer and APP but just sows me the reward page and "My activity". Why keep sending emails promoting rewards and then not allow access and make it a hassle? Super lame

Yes I am signed in and have tried it via computer and APP - both only show me the Reward page

If you have a secondary XFINITY email, can you try logging in with that and see if anything changes?

@user_8d2ldz, thank you for trying that and letting me know the results. I love the Rewards program, so I totally get why you're reaching out and why it's important. I'm a huge reward program person in general lol, and I'm in your corner until we get this figured out. Let's take a closer look at your account and go from there. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
