I have two account numbers. One is inactive. When a try to look up my rewards, it defaults to the inactive account. How can I change that to the active account? For everything else, the active account is the default.

@user_37be02 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! What I would recommend is to first unlink the inactive account from your active account by following the directions in this link: https://comca.st/3S6cvJj. Let me know if this resolves the issue.
I unlinked the accounts, but I am still seeing the wrong rewards tier.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
