Rewards status not updating

I went through the process of getting my rewards status corrected to platinum status from gold and it is not showing as platinum when i log in. I have my email conformation. What is the next step i take to get this resolved.  I feel like this should not be this difficult.  I have been trying to get a hold of xfinity with no luck and long wait times.  I feel like getting something as simple as this taken care of should not take this much effort, absolutely disappointing.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?

I have tried Google Chrome, Microsoft edge as well as Samsungs internet browser.  To answer your question yes i have, i have an elevated ticket with Comcast at the current moment.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
