Rewards not loading

When I try to login to my rewards, it won’t load. Just 3 dots of it working on loading until it times out.  I have tried multiple devices.

@user_7f3118 I'm sorry to hear about the Rewards troubles, that certainly sounds frustrating and we'd like to help. Just to confirm, are you logged into the Primary username on your account when attempting to access XFINITY Rewards?

Yes, there is only 1 username on the account.  I can login to my account and into the app, but even through the app if I click on rewards it is the same.

@user_7f3118 Thanks for letting me know. I just wanted to check that as sometimes that can cause trouble with XFINITY Rewards access. We'd be happy to loop in our Rewards partners on the trouble and work toward a fix. To get started, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
 
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Same here for the last two weeks, just keeps spinning and won’t load, I’ve heard from other family members and friends same thing.
