rewards not accessible
I tried to log in yesterday (10/16/2026) to access Thursday Rewards but I get an error message every time I try, and this still persists today. Erro happens any way I try (browser, private window, app).
"A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')."

Thanks for reaching out to us. We do apologize for any inconvenience you're having accessing your membership, we would recommend clearing your caches and cookies on all of your devices and also uninstalling and reinstalling the Xfinity app.
After you've done that, let me know if you can go to the Xfinity app and go to the membership tab and see redeemable membership offers
