Reward status downgraded

I recently switched to a new plan and noticed my rewards status changed from diamond to platinum, even though I have the account length and verified military status for diamon status. Is this something that can be corrected?

Hello, @user_dmhuiz Customers can also navigate directly to xfinity.com/support/rewards to submit a request for an Xfinity Rewards status change.

I had this same issue a few years ago and they eventually fixed it. I think I got a case number. If I remember correctly, it took MONTHS, but did get resolved. Hoping yours gets resolved too!
