For troubleshooting purposes, how are you trying to access your email? Through the Xfinity web portal [connect.xfinity.com] or a third-party app (Outlook/Apple Mail/etc.)?

When was the last time you logged in to webmail [ https://connect.xfinity.com ] with those sub accounts?  You may need to call Customer Security Assurance in order to get them started again, but I give you a heads up, it also might not be possible.
