Resetting password have tried 10 times, this is for my second login acct

Trying to resetting my password on my second acct, will not let me do it, cannot get a live person to help

Good morning @user_q3ofc5, if you need to look up the primary username associated with your Xfinity account, you can do so here:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-change-your-username

For security, password resets are completed via self-service options. We are unable to reset passwords.
