Hello, @Lannguyen2002. Thanks for reaching out to our Community Forums. You might try going directly to our website to reset your password. I would recommend clearing your cache, and cookies from your device first. Then head to https://www.xfinity.com/password, enter your email address, and follow the prompts.

Thanks for letting us know you're experiencing the same results, and including the screenshots. That is odd you are being redirected to your in home Xfinity network when you no longer have our services. We can check into this issue a bit further for you. Please send us a direct message.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
