The xfinity app says I need to update password to manage my account. I can choose to receive verification either by text or email, but the phone number and email address shown are not mine. Please advise on how to fix this

Thank you for reaching out to us here @trenz. You can manage your contact information and preferences easily on the Account and Identity page or using the Xfinity app. From there you can choose the Xfinity ID and security you can manage the phone number and email address options on the account.
