Removing old address

Hello, I haven't resided at my prior address for over a month now. I would like to remove it entirely from my account as I think it's causing problems when I try to view my package/current services. Every time I ask how to do this I'm given a different response.

How can I delete my old address from my account entirely? I don't want to transfer it to another user, I just want to delete it. Thank you.
