Removing an Inactive Account and Address on my Account

I have tried multiple times to unlink an inactive address on my account multiple times.  I keep getting a message that I have to change the primary name on the account.  I am the primary user on the account and should not have to do that.  We sold that house so no longer have xfinity there but I still have to choose which account I want to use when I log in.  Please help me remove this.

user_153423 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Just to confirm are you using these directions on how to manage multiple accounts with Xfinity? You mentioned it's giving you an error that you have to change the primary name on the account, have you confirmed that you are able to log in with the Primary user ID for the account? Did you have Xfinity Mobile at the previous home? If so, do you know if the Xfinity Mobile numbers transferred to the new account?
