Removing an Inactive Account and Address on my Account
I have tried multiple times to unlink an inactive address on my account multiple times. I keep getting a message that I have to change the primary name on the account. I am the primary user on the account and should not have to do that. We sold that house so no longer have xfinity there but I still have to choose which account I want to use when I log in. Please help me remove this.
