remove XfinityID from old account

on my old/prior account, ownership transfer and transferred admin rights done, but still getting notices. I am still able to sign into the old account with my orginal XfinityID and password, but cannot find a way to delete this ID. The XfinityID is my email and thus I have not been able to use the same email address on my new Account.

Hello, @user_4e9f44. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to help resolve this user ID issue you're experiencing. I'd like to take a look at your account to see what's options we have available to transfer your username to your new account.

 

In order to get started, can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?

appreciate the quick rely, I have clicked on the chat icon but your id- XfinityRaul - does not appear in the name list, thus not allowing me to create a message
