Remove Secondary Account User

I am trying to remove the secondary account user from my account as they no longer reside here.  The system keeps telling me I have payment pending and won't allow removal.  Even 3 days after the automatic payment has been made.  How do I remove this user?

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here @user_iht8ps. You should be able to Sign in to xfinity.com as the Primary user. Scroll to view the users on the account. Click the user whose role you'd like to change. Under the Manager Permissions section, click Change Permissions. If you run into any issues with that send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service.

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
