Remove old address from my account

How do I remove an old address from my account? My prior address from over 2 years ago is still showing on my account. I have no services or bills at this address and would like to remove it.

We have now enabled the ability for you to unlink accounts you do not want linked directly from the My Account website experience.

I also need to get an old address removed that has no services. I'm also unable to change my primary account away from that address.

Hello, I am experiencing a similar issue. I used to have an account and cancelled it about a year ago I recently moved and set up service again. I just received my new equipment today and when I try to load it into the xFi app it says I need to upgrade my plan, even though it says through the my account app my new account is active. Does it default to my old one?

I don't understand why there isn't a "Remove Account" option for a CLEARLY closed account that no longer has service once a new service has been activated elsewhere. -.-
