Remove my TV service
Hi, I would like to remove my TV service and keep my internet plan. When I try to customize my plan on the website or app and click edit on TV service to remove it, I get the message "Unable to remove this service. It may be part of a package deal, or you may be under a term agreement for a specific period of time". I have already completed my 1-year contract, so I am confident that it I am no longer under any agreement to keep it. Can I get some assistance please?

Hello @user_529fd8 and thank you for contacting us here at the Xfinity Community Forums regarding making a change of services on your account. Even if you are no longer in a contract agreement, when making changes to existing services such as this, it would have to be done with a specialist to ensure that if we repackage to an internet-only plan the correct billing codes, etc. are being used in the system. I'd love to help with this!

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
