Remove my email address from someone elses account

Hello,

One of your users added my email address to their account. I now get emails regarding their account, including overdue bills and shut off notices. How can I resolve this or actually talk to a person instead of your virtual assistant? The assistant will not let me proceed without logging in. I don't have a login, I am not a customer.

I used my login from when I was in the Comcast coverage area and had an account in order to post this. Please let me know how I can supply the email address to be removed from the other persons account.
