Recovering email
I have lost an email from 12/25/2025 and have exhausted all possibilities to try and search subject, date and sender and have found nothing. Nothing in active emails or trash or spam.
can I please get assistance to recover it.

Recovering an Xfinity email from December 25, 2025, will depend on whether it was manually deleted or if you’re trying to restore an entire missing inbox. Typically, deleted emails can only be recovered within 30 days.

Could you please let us know how the email was deleted? Also, are you accessing your email through our website or using a third-party email client such as Outlook or Apple Mail?
