Recover my username that I accidentally changed

Hello, just a few minutes ago I accidently changed my username thinking it was an internal name and not my actual email name.  I realize I'm a goofball for doing that, but that's just how it is for me.  How can I go about recovering my username?  Please and thank you. Jane
