Recently moved.... new home has different account number. Can I unlink my old home/account?

When I log in to XFinity Account Management.  

I am asked to pick an account  when I first log in.

The two accounts are my old house (moved in mid-May) and my new house.

I thought when I transferred service that the old account would disappear.  I know it is just one extra step, but I would like the old account to not be listed and I can log in directly.

Happy Sunday sv110mhh! Congrats on your recent move, and a huge thank you for choosing to bring Xfinity with you on the move 🙌

If you've recently moved and are still using the same Xfinity ID and password to sign into your account online or through the app, it'll be normal to see your previous address associated with that same Xfinity login. This information is kept available to you purely for record keeping purposes, and as long as you're not seeing any active services represented for the previous address when tapping on it, everything should be perfectly fine 👍
