Recent Sign-in Activity
Recently I have noticed some unusual Sign-in activity originated from different countries with different IPs. First I have changed the password and activated 2 factor authentication. But even after that on the next day I saw some new sign-ins from Brasil and Europe. I have called CSA team for assistance but received no help. They recommended to compromise my account, rest password and sign out from all devices. I did that and still continue to see sign-ins from some strange IPs. Finally what I have figured out that "Recent Sign-in Activity" log shows not only successful sign-ins but any sign-in attempts with my user ID!!!!! I did a test via incognito browser and VPN. I have entered my user ID and some garbage password and I found that immediately on the "Recent Sign-in Activity" page even sign in was not successful!

Thank you so much for taking the time to contact us about this suspicious activity and also for taking the extra steps to find more about the root cause of the issue. We would definitely recommend reaching out back to CSA as they would have that ticket already going for you. If your ticket has been closed and you are still experiencing these issues please feel free to send us a direct message with your full name and service address to further assist. Thank you in advance.

Thank you SO MUCH for devising such a brilliant experiment and then posting the results........I also have had such "Recent Sign in Activity" show up on my account and it's very scary to get no help from Customer Service. I hope they take note of this so they can inform others in the future. Thanks again!

It would be nice to have 2 different types of activities: "Successful Sign-in" and "Unsuccessful Sign-in attempt"
To stop these sign-in attempts notifications you need to change your user name (not the password). Most likely your user name is too common or simple or was compromised before and hackers are trying to use it to sign in to your account. I would not warry too much if you recently changed your password and have 2 factor authentication ON.
