really really bad service - unable to enter new password

Yesterday, Comcast decided to make me change passwords on 3 accounts.  Instead Comcast took it upon themselves to change them and did not provide them to me.   I was unable to change the passwords because I did not have the passwords.  After 2 hours, I finally got a competent person who helped me by providing new passwords, when YOUR sfwr. failed.   Now I have to change those temp passwords to something that is actually a decent password.  And once again, I can not achieve the success needed because COMCAST is unable to send a security code to my mobile device and is unable to call me because it will not let me enter a telephone number.   Some non english speaking woman called me earlier after an online request and rather than assist me she connected me with the main menu telephone number where there is NO option for live person to assist with changing a user password when online fails to accomplish this goal.   Approximately 4 hours has been spent on this COMCAST created mess and I still can not change the unsecure passwords forced on me yesterday.   How do I get a live person to assist me with this - I need to enter secure user passwords and get rid of the easily compromised passwords forced on me yesterday
