Re-add user

I need help from customer service. I accidentally removed a user I shouldn't have. I tried to make a new user with the same user name, but it says the name is in use. I need to find out if someone grabbed the name, or if it's just in limbo, and if I can reinstate the user.

My team can certainly assist you with getting that username added back for you, as well as any other service needs or concerns you may have. In order to further look into this on our end, please send us a Private Direct Message. 

 
To send us a Private Direct Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support direct messaging, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.
