Reactivating Prepaid Internet

Been out of town for a few months,  I came home to renew my prepaid account and I keep getting a u don't have an account pop up. I don't understand I logged in about 2 or 3 weeks ago and went right to my account. Now I can't. How do I fix this? I still have my equipment and everything.

Hello! Thank you for bringing this concern to us. At this time, we do not support Prepaid products on the Xfinity Forums. You can always use the Xfinity Assistant. Also, you can visit Prepaid Support for answers to many questions. Lastly, you can contact our Prepaid Support Team at 1-855-75-PREPAID.

For NOW Internet, there is the Xfinity Assistant and the NOW Portal.
