Reactivating issue
So I had a comcast service at a previous address and then i moved cities and there was some time that passed and in the new city I got new service and a new comcast ID. I kept using the old one and eventually set up a auto forwarding so I never logged into it and at the end of last year (sometime in Dec 2023) the account got deleted even though your documentation says this is not the case with accounts with auto forwarding. I'm able to reset the password and login but I get this error message just like on this page: (103) problem reactivating xfinity email : Comcast_Xfinity (reddit.com)
I called in and the tech support did something and now when i try and login i get a reactivate button but it never works, ive tried 3 browsers and 2 different computers at various times of the day and i click re activate and it goes back to the error message above.
Is it possible to get this account working again? If I try and email it I get the message account closed, I tried all weekend. I don't care about the email history due to the email forwarding, I would just like to get new emails working again.
