reactivating comcast email

I think my old account is not working due to inactivity. I need access to it in order to receive a verification code. Please reactivate it for me.

Hello, @user_yepicz thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. If your previous email account has been discontinued, I wouldn't have access to reactivate that. I'd advise reaching out to our Customer Security Assurance team to see if they may be able to assist. The easiest way to contact them is to go to this website, then select postmaster and fill out the requested information (you may need to put the url in an incognito window to populate) https://spa.xfinity.com/help

Our Customer Security Assurance Team are the experts when it comes to troubleshooting inactive Xfinity Email accounts. If this email has been inactive for 90 days or more, it is considered closed and cannot be recovered. Has it been that long since you attempted to login?
