REACTIVATE INACTIVATED XFINITY PREPAID SERVICE
I purchased Xfinity prepaid internet service (and the required modem/router) in December 2021 and prepaid monthly until March 2022, when I returned to my northern home. Now back in Florida, I am attempting to renew/prepay my service once more but cannot. Logging into my account doesn't work anymore. When I enter the code that the system generates, it either says 'Ooops! There is a system problem. Try again later.' Or, we cannot find your account. When I call [Edited: "Personal Information"], this number requires that I provide the phone number associated with the account before I can talk to anyone. When I provide the phone number, it says that there is no account associated with this number. Both my email address and the phone number that I am using are correct and as are as entered on my original purchase. Please help!

@user_50e27a I'm truly sorry to hear of this experience. Have you already tried chatting with our Prepaid team? You can find the link to chat by clicking this link: https://www.xfinityprepaid.com/support/general and then chat with an agent in the top right hand corner. Here on social media we aren't able to assist with Prepaid concerns and for that I am deeply sorry. We can help you with setting up a post paid residential account though if you would like!
