reactivate account

I ended my internet service at my old apartment and had about a month in between leases for my new apartment. I am trying to start service for my new apartment but it says my account is deactivated and I get an error message that I need to contact the owner of the account. I have tried calling and no one can seem to help me.

Hey, @user_a415c2! Thanks for posting on our Community Forums for assistance with your new address service request. In this case, you would need to open a new account under the new address. Trying to restart the service at the old address will not be the right step. Are you using the new address to set up the new service? You can start here. Let me know if this helps.
