This has been going on for months. I need to clean the spam out of my Comcast email, but I am unable to log in. I've tried a dozen times. Today:

Thank you for meeting us here on our forums about the trouble logging into your email, @DirtyDeal. I can see how this would be frustrating for me as well. We are happy to help. Have you cleared your cache and cookies? If not, please try that and attempt to log in again.

I log into other accounts all the time!!!!

You're well aware there are many, many other complaints about this? Why can't Xfinity fix stuff? Why can't Xfinity.com behave like every other web site on the Web?
