Primary User can’t access anything

I have spent all summer chatting with agents online and by phone  no one will help me solve this problem  I am logged in as a primary user but denied permission to see anything even though it tells me I am the primary user (see screenshot). This is obviously Xfinity’s issue but they refuse to help me and just tell me to keep changing my password

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I truly appreciate that screenshot, I can imagine how frustrating this has been. In order for us to fully assist you please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it

@XfinityBillie thank you. I went to do this but I keep getting an error message that says “couldn’t send”. I think I finally just got it to work. I’m hoping this will help get me a resolution to this issue as I’m about ready to cancel all services and just switch to Verizon fiber. Thank you for your help.
