Primary turned to member
Hi, I've had xfinity for a few years now and noticed that I am a member and not the primary so I cant make changes to my account even though my name is the only one listed. My name is listed as member, not primary. When I did the check to see what other ID might be connected to my account, the primary box is empty with only my name listed only as a member. Is there a fix to this?

@Kev-del You're in the right place for a resolution! First we need to locate the username that's listed as primary and from there make the changes to your user role. Can you follow the steps in this link for us as it should walk you through locating the primary username we have and let us know if it's the same as the member login you're using.

If it's not the same username the next steps is logging in and making those user role changes via our Xfinity app. If you're familiar with the username but do not know the password you can click change password at the login screen or use this link http://www.xfinity.com/password.
