Primary cant sign in to change user role
I am the only person on the account. I am able to log in and I use two factor authentication. But when the account was set up, somehow I was NOT assigned "primary" role. Consequently, I can't pay bills (other than Quick Pay) and I can't change my user setting. How do I correct this? THX

If you need to reset the password for the primary username you may use this link (http://www.xfinity.com/password)
If you need to locate the primary username you may follow the steps in this link (xfinity.com/username.)
