Primary cant sign in to change user role

I am the only person on the account.  I am able to log in and I use two factor authentication. But when the account was set up, somehow I was NOT assigned "primary" role.  Consequently,  I can't pay bills (other than Quick Pay) and I can't change my user setting.   How do I correct this? THX

If you need to reset the password for the primary username you may use this link (http://www.xfinity.com/password)

 

If you need to locate the primary username you may follow the steps in this link (xfinity.com/username.)

@XfinityKei​   Let's try this one more time. Please read thoroughly.

1.  I am the only person on the acct. 

2.  XFinity  did NOT assign me Primary Acct privileges   

3. I can NOT log in as primary and change user setting. 

Either you have me as a "secondary user" or there is a "programming glitch"

Again, I am the only person on the account.  I can log in. I receive 2 factor verification.  I have NOT been granted primary privileges.  PLEASE RESEARCH.

Click "Sign In"

Click the "direct message" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
