Primary Account needs to be fixed

How do I get my primary account fixed ? The AI bot is useless and does not put me in touch with an agent

For example, are you looking to change the name of the primary user or trying to update information on the account such as preferred methods of contact?

I need to create 2 more emails but cannot without adding phone number. Problem is its assigned to secondary email(I have 3 ) - cannot remove. When I try to add, system says it is already assigned to another account. I only have 1 phone. Without a phone assigned for verification, it will not let me create more emails.

The AI is useless and puts you in an endless loop of doing nothing. What happened to LIVE chat ?

user_cso3uj we appreciate the additional details. To confirm, are you creating additional "User Profiles?" I want to make sure you're not wanting to make new Comcast.net email accounts, since we can no longer do that.

 

It sounds like you need to remove the verified phone number from one of the other user profiles or try to create a new profile without a phone number and just use another email address. All Users need to have a different email address and phone number associated with them.
