Primary Account Management Menu Missing

Hello,

I am able to sign-in to my Xfinity account, but when I click the icon in the upper-right corner there is nothing in the menu except my name and a link to sign-out. Normally, I think there should be links for email, account details, etc. But, there is nothing there. Any ideas what is going on? Thanks for any help or guidance. Thanks for any assistance.

Hello @user_87tlmw is this happening via the Xfinity App or online portal?  If online, have we tried clearing the cache/cookies for the browser, and then signing in again? If the App, have you tried an uninstall/reinstall?
