Primary Account Holder

Hi,

I can't get into account management such as changing billing method, etc.. and says I am not the Primary Account Holder even though my role shows as Primary under User Setting.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

My wife tried to use her email account today. She could not access her email so she change the primary holder to herself and now I can access my email and I was listed as the primary account holder. How do I change the primary account holder back to me?

I'm getting an error: "customer.xfinity.com is currently unable to handle this request." when I try to use the Change Primary Role function in Account Management.  I really need to switch Primary Role to my wife so we can use our statement as evidence of residence for a school enrollment application.
