Prepaid card link not working

My email says the card is ready to redeem. The link provided doesn’t work. I’ve read other forums on the issue and none of the solutions provided work. Even the link through Xfinity when searching google does not work.

Hey there user_dkdqo4. What is the error you are getting when trying to click on the link? Are you using a computer, or mobile device? Sometimes clearing cache and cookies, will help when it comes to links and websites.

I left the link open in one of my tabs for about an hour and just went back to check if it had loaded and it finally did. Did not have to do anything to get it to load.

Yes, just had to leave it be for about an hour and then it loaded.
