Power of Attorney for Account Management

I'm trying to figure out where to submit a power of attorney to assist with my mom's account. She's currently having medical issues and is unable to manage the account and doesn't have access on her phone. I called Xfinit and was on the phone for 1 hour where they ultimately told me they couldn't really help me.
