Please help sign out of all devices

I am also looking to have my account deprovisioned and log every device out of my xfinity account. Can an Xfinity representative please help me. I changed the password to my xfinity account, so I want everyone logged in to be booted off. Thank you.

@user_2a9f63, there is a way to do that yourself! If you go into your Xfinity app, the one that looks like a little house, you can go into the app and you can then pause everything on there which would stop them from having any kind of access unless you decide that! To send a direct message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"

Click the "direct message" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
