Please help me!!

Hello and good day, I pray you can help me,I have used Now mobile for over a year,I had 2 lines

I also have regular Internet. My Now mobile account got deactivated by mistake. I Need to have the numbers back PLEASE 🥺 I don't know what to do.I tried going to the store, spoke and chatted with numerous people.no help. I am will to upgrade but can't.This is my only recourse left please help.
