Plan Update Promotion Over
I have been on a 2 year promotional plan that I wanted to keep. I called the Retention Dept to get a new plan that was current as my old was expiring. I went through with them to match what I have and agreed to this. I thought that they matched everything which they didn't. My old plan had the DVR included with the 150 hours and the new plan only has 20 which I found out when I went to schedule recordings.
I have to show you personal information to show all of this to you. Can we do something about this. This new promotional doesn't have enough hours and I am already paying more than enough for what I have.
Please advise how we can go over this.
