Plan Builder Error

Every time I try to change my internet speed the plan builder errors out. See pictures below. I have tried this on different computers and browsers. I have tried using incognito as well.

Good day user_x1swoh! Thank you for reaching out! You have reached the right team that can help you out with your plan change. We do see that you are doing an upgrade of speed. In order to assist you with the plan change, we will need you to authenticate your account with your first and last name along your service address.

To send our team a direct message, follow these steps. To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
