Phone number
Almost a month ago my iPhone broke, got a new one, tried to port the number to the new phone and was told no, because I no longer use your Internet services, because you do not service my area. Been to the store numerous times, and tried calling and speaking to a live person more times than I can count. So now at no fault of my own, but your fault I can not port my number to a new phone and Im being forced to switch carriers. Yesterday March 10, 2026 I went to get a porting pin and now I am trying it and it says my number can't be ported. I have had that number for more than 10 years, a number I brought from T-Mobile and I can't log into almost anything that's important because I can't port my number and you guys seem to have canceled my account. I have all of the memories of my children and my dead mother attached to that number. Something needs to be done, this is all of your fault and I need to be helped one way or the other. [Edited: "Personal Information"], I need my phone number back.
