Peacock

I recently moved and I my membership hasn’t transferred over to my new house. Did I lose the subscription? I tried to sign in using my xfinity account, but I only have the version that lets me watch live TV

I'm sorry that your Peacock subscription doesn't seem to have moved along with you. I would be happy to help out so that you can relax and enjoy the Peacock Premium services. 
 
With the move the service may be pointing to the old account. Are you using the same credentials as before? To access your new account through the Xfinity app or at xfinity.com do you have to use a different username or email address?
